Anglo Printers is proud to become a member of the Vinyl Alliance, the international organisation that represents businesses across the vinyl record value chain, from pressing plants and mastering studios to packaging and material suppliers.
Vinyl has been one of the fastest-growing parts of our business over the past few years. What started as a niche add-on to our packaging offering has turned into a serious specialism, with labels, bands, and distributors across Ireland, the UK and Europe coming to us for record sleeves, gatefolds, outer boxes, and all the finishing touches that make a release stand out on the shelf.
Our production team, led by Donnach Callan, has taken on some genuinely ambitious projects in this space. Most recently, our packaging for the heavy metal band Psycho-Frame, a vinyl release with layered outer sleeves, foils, and embellishments, picked up gold for Litho Packaging Printer of the Year at the Irish Print Awards 2026. It’s the kind of project that shows what’s possible when a label wants to push the format further than a standard sleeve.

Joining the Vinyl Alliance is a natural next step. It puts us alongside pressing plants, labels, and hardware manufacturers from around the world, all working toward the same goal: keeping vinyl strong as a premium, physical alternative to streaming. For us, it means closer connections with the people actually pressing and releasing the records our packaging ends up wrapped around, and a better read on where the format is heading.
If you’re a label, artist, or distributor working on a vinyl release, membership means closer ties to the wider supply chain when a project needs coordination between pressing, mastering, and packaging timelines. It also gives us better access to industry knowledge and market data on where vinyl demand is growing, which helps us advise clients on run sizes and specs, and puts us at the table with other members shaping standards across the format.
None of that changes what we’ve always done: take on a sleeve, box, or gatefold project and treat it with the same care as a full album’s worth of tracks. It just means we’re now part of a bigger conversation about where the format goes next.
Whether it’s a straightforward single sleeve or a fully embellished box set with foils, spot UV, and custom inserts, our team handles the design, print, and finishing in-house. Check out our huge range of capabilities on our Vinyl Record Sleeves page.
