OUR PRE-PRESS DEPARTMENT boasts in-house Designers who who have an extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites, Quark Xpress, and Microsoft Suites.

All Digital Assets are stored and managed using a Mac Xserve with multiple Hot-Swap Drives, and are backed up daily with data stored off site and in cloud. The prepress network is linked to output Devices which include a Konica Digital Printer, Xerox Colour Production Engines, and a Screen Platerite 8600 CTP System with online Processor and Stacker. We use Screen’s Trueflow 7.0 Workflow to manage and control the intregrity and output of all digital files ensuring accuracy of print and registration.

We use hybrid Spekta Screening technology on all colour work, which delivers unparalleled hi-definition print.

This network is linked to output Devices which include a Konica Digital Printer, a Xerox Colour Engine, a Xerox Production Engine and a Screen Platerite 8600 CTP System with online Processor and Stacker. This CTP system eliminates all elements of manual work in the Pre-press department. Following the clients sign-off we now go straight from computer to plate, resulting in cost saving, consistency of image and guaranteed accuracy of registration.
