Heidelberg S Model Cylinder

As part of our on-going effort during 2010/2011 to improve efficiencies in production we recognised that although we were supplying die-cutting of shapes and folders up to SRA4 size on existing machinery, we were still outsourcing die-cutting of larger size products. We decided to remove the cost of logistics and outsourcing by taking this production process in-house.

To effect this change necessitated our purchase of a Heidelberg S Model Cylinder for die-cutting up to 540mm x 720mm. This machine was installed in October 2010 and we can now provide same day turnaround of 4pg A4 Folders and B2 size cut shapes to our customers.

This has reduced logistics costs and improved turnaround times, ensuring a better quality product and service.
